Managing Enquiries
Enquiries are for when someone (can be a client or a new customer) wants to request something from you, for example a quote.
There 3 ways to get enquiries into the system:
Your PlanMan account comes with a built-in enquiries form. To view the form, take your domain URL (for example https://your-company.planman.app and add /enquiry at the end.
Any forms completed will be added to your main enquiries list.
If you have your own website, you can embed the enquiry form on it. Go to "Setup > Forms" and follow the instructions.
To add an enquiry manually, click the plus icon at the top right of the enquiries table.
