To set your company details, go to "Setup > Company Details". The following fields are available:
Use this to set the sub-domain of your account. Whatever you enter here is what your account will be accessible from. For example, if your company name is "BPS Designs" and you enter "bps-designs", your URL will become https://bps-designs.planman.app.
Company Name & Address
Enter your company details here. This information is what is displayed on your client quotes and invoices etc.
Select your culture here (eg English - United Kingdom) and the system will display your currency on your quotes and invoices.
If your company is VAT or Tax registered, enter your VAT number, VAT Rate here and the system will automatically work out your VAT on quotes and invoices.
Enter your company registration number here and it will be listed on your quotes and invoices.
Quotes Footer Details
Enter any text you would like to be included on your quotes in this field. When you email or download a quote in PDF format, this text will be included at the bottom.
Invoice Footer Details
Enter any text you would like to be included on your invoices in this field. When you email of download an invoice in PDF format, this text will be included at the bottom. Use this for your company bank details etc.
Global Email Signature
Anything you enter here will be automatically added to the bottom of all emails you send out from PlanMan.
Client Accepts Quote Alert
When a client logs in to their client portal and views a quote, there is an option for them to accept it. When they click the Accept Quote button, they are presented with a warning message. Anything you enter here will be the body of the message. For example:
You are about to accept this quote. Once accepted a project will automatically be created. Are you sure?
If you want to include your logo on quotes and invoices, select one here.
Quote Expiry Date Days
Enter a number here and after that many days from the quote date, the quote will expire and be automatically archived.
Invoice Due Date Days
Enter a number here and the invoice due date will be that many days from the invoice date.
Starting Project Number
Enter a number here and the system will use that as your starting project number.
Starting Invoice Number
Enter a number here and the system will use that as your starting invoice number.
Default Nominal A/C Ref
Enter your default account ref. This is used in the Sage accounts export feature.
Default Transaction Type
Select your default transaction type. This is used in the Sage accounts export feature.
Client Intro Email
The text you enter here will be the text that is emailed to a client when you send their PlanMan login credentials to them.
